How to stick with good health New Year's resolutions

Whether you decided to lose weight, work out more, eat better or practice a combination of all three, New Year's resolutions for good health often start out strong but falter as the weeks go by. If you need a
little help sticking with your good health habits in the new year, consider some of the following tips.
Do it with a friend
Whatever your resolution, having a friend or family member working toward the same goals gives you a great advantage. Not only will you have someone to talk to while exercising at the gym or yoga studio, but you can encourage each other to stick with the plan all year long.
Keep track
You may find you have a much easier time staying enthusiastic about your health goals when you have a written record of your progress, so consider keeping track with an exercise journal. Here, you can record the calories you've burned working out, new workout methods you've perfected and dietary information.
Work out on your schedule
When it comes to working out, you're far more likely to stick with it if you can set aside a regular time for exercise every day that doesn't interfere with your schedule. Consider hitting the gym early in the morning or going for a jog at lunchtime so you don't have to take time away from work, school or family.
