In addition, yoga is ideal especially for women. It’s as if it was invented just for them. After all, a woman’s body is more flexible, pliable and easier than a man’s body.

You need only to be sure that the performance of asanas is right, so they should be made under the guidance of an experienced instructor. Because the improper performance of them may vice versa lead to a deterioration of general condition of the body. Yogis claim that the human body consists of five levels: anatomical, physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual. Performing asanas involve all five levels. And this is an advantage of yoga. By performing asanas you train not only your body but also your spirit.
The positive impact of yoga is also in its impact on a person’s character. Yoga teaches us to contemplate, to be calmer and wiser. It changes our attitude towards life. Yoga – this is what helps to get rid of the pessimistic view of life and to gain peace of mind. There are many different practices of yoga. Some of them focus on the physical aspect, some use meditation. But no matter what of the existing types of yoga you choose it will bring you beauty and health, for sure
