Tips for good health
It is the right of the people to take proper food
at proper timings and they should use this right properly.
- People should take their breakfast at morning 8am or 9am which gives two hours of gap after waking up. Lunch in the afternoon should be taken before 12 in the noon and dinner at night should be taken at 6pm or 7pm. There won’t be any problem even if the people take more amounts of calories. There are extra facilities like not increasing their weight and they won’t prone to bad health.
- They should be 4-5 hours gap between the lunch and dinner.
- Less amount of energy is required for the body at night because it will sleep and it will take more amount of time for proper digestion of the food at night times when more food is taken. There are chances of growing weight as the amount of calories is spent very less. So, dinner should be taken at least two hours before sleeping at night and that too in less quantity.
- By taking the foods like fruits and salads between the lunch and dinner, people will get good amount of vitamins and minerals which is required for the body. Digestive system will work properly by having good food habits and proper release of the hormones will take place. As a result, they won’t grow in weight. There won’t be any sort of problem for the people and people who are suffering from overweight will also reduce their weight by taking food at proper timings.
Things that should not be
done
People want to eat any food which is available
for them when they don’t take the food at proper timings. They feel like eating
and they will take more food than the required ones. As a result, they will face
the problems like overweight and hyper acidity. There will be more health
problems by taking the bakery food and fast food.
- Few people will take direct lunch without taking breakfast and few others will have the dinner directly without having the lunch. By doing like this, people won’t get required amount of energy and there will be confusion in the working of the body as it won’t know the timings of the food. People will be affected with bad health by taking the food at improper timings.
- By keeping the stomach empty at the time of taking breakfast, taking breakfast at the lunch timings and taking dinner late will lead the people to improper health. This type of food habits are mostly seen in the software engineers.
- People drink tea, coffee or soft drinks when they are hungry while working. By doing like this, they won’t feel the hunger at proper timings and caffeine items will reduce the strength of the bones. People will face the breathing problems also.
Parties will be going on in India till late night
and there are chances of serving meat and drinks in the parties. Providing meat
and drinks at late night when the body requires less amount of energy, will lead
to increase in weight.
